Sean Sweetman
Pastor Sean and His wife Christy have been a part of Southern Lakes since 1994. Sean was hired as the Pastor in March of 2000. Sean and Christy have two children, Joshua and April. Sean graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Pastoral Studies in 1994; he is currently pursuing a Masters degree in the Moody Graduate Program. Sean’s ministry passion is proclaiming the Word of God and being personally involved in the lives of people. His hobbies include a variety of physical activities, wood working, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers
Dave Thomas
Pastor Dave along with his wife, Ann, and 3 children, Elizabeth, Michael & Sarah, joined the SLEFC staff in April of 2003. His passion is to help people progress in conforming to the image of Jesus and find their unique fit in the body of Christ as we strive together to make more and better followers of Jesus Christ. Dave graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Pastoral Studies in 1987 and completed a Masters degree from Moody Graduate School in 2008; he is now doing post-graduate work in Biblical languages and Biblical Theology. He brings experience to the pastoral team having been on staff at Kansas City Youth for Christ and holding various staff positions at churches in Oklahoma and Wisconsin. When Pastor Dave is not helping people to deepen in their relationship with Christ he enjoys playing softball, eating Mexican food, and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bill Stukenberg
Pastor Bill came to Southern Lakes in November of 2004. Bill, and his wife Sue completed the four year missionary training program with New Tribes Mission in December of 1995. In January of 1997 the Stukenbergs moved to the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky where Bill pastored two different churches. They lived in Kentucky until moving back to Wisconsin in December of 2002. During their time in Kentucky, Bill received his BA in Biblical Studies from Antioch Bible College in Marrietta, Georgia. Jason Eeten
Pastor Jason, his wife Katy, and their son Lincoln came to SLEFC in June of 2008. Jason has a BS in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. He is passionate about helping students experience Christ in their lives. Jason loves coffee and managed a coffee shop for a couple of years. He also loves riding his motorcycle and hanging out at home or in a restaurant with his family.
