CSI: Character, Skills and Instruction
CSI stands for Character, Skills and Instruction; it is the goal of the Spiritual Formation ministries. The goal is to equip your heart with character, your hands with skill and your head with instruction that better enables you to follow Christ.
CONNECT3 Groups
These groups of 6-15 adults gather for the purpose of helping you to make significant connections with God, one another and your community. Various groups are formed based on gender, neighborhood, couples, stage in life, etc.
Men's Ministry
The intent of Men’s ministries at SLEFC is to enhance your ability to be the man God has designed you to be. We strive to be a catalyst for motivating men to get involved in the community life of the local church.
Dozens of our men have found encouragement and challenge at the No Regrets Men’s Conferences.
Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry at SLEFC seeks to provide opportunities for fellowship, spiritual growth, training/equipping for ministry, building up in the faith, and preparation to win others to faith in Christ
Prayer Ministry
The Prayer ministry at SLEFC is committed to mobilizing prayer warriors because prayer changes us and moves the hand of God.

Leadership Development
SLEFC is intentional about developing new leaders and improving the effectiveness of existing ones. Maximum Impact is the class that Pastor Dave offers to help leaders view opportunities and challenges from a biblical perspective. Disciples Dialogue is his blog that provides a place for leaders to consider and comment on leadership principles.
Distant Learning
Many of us have schedules that are not conducive to gathering on a regular basis for Bible instruction. Distant Learning makes online education available to all of us. Some of the classes have fees associated and some are totally free.
